"Defragmentation failed: Insufficient permissions to access file."

Hi

this is my second post here, and I'm (still) a low-level-user of "VMware Workstation 9.02", installed on a Dell M6700 with Win7 64 Prof.

I have five VMs,

- 1 Windows 7 X64 plus 2 clones

- 1 Windows XP Mode plus 1 clone

When I want to "Defrag" one of my VMs (Windows XP Mode), I get the message

"Defragmentation failed: Insufficient permissions to access file."

I can create and delete snapshots, but after deleting there is the message:

"Unable to clean up deleted files: Insufficient permissions to access file."

All other VMs have no problem.

I checked Windows-permissions and read-only and found no problem.

When VMWare does not run, then I have these "lck" entries:

"d:\Daten\Virtual Machines\Working_Dir\Windows 7 x64\Windows 7 x64.vmx.lck\    0    01.03.2013 23:45:08    -a--"

"d:\Daten\Virtual Machines\Working_Dir\Windows XP Mode\Windows XP Mode.vmx.lck\    0    02.03.2013 00:02:46    -a--"

"d:\Daten\Virtual Machines\Working_Dir\Windows 7 x64\Windows 7 x64.vmx.lck\M25956.lck    512    01.03.2013 23:45:08    ----"

"d:\Daten\Virtual Machines\Working_Dir\Windows XP Mode\Windows XP Mode.vmx.lck\M04971.lck    512    02.03.2013 00:01:47    ----"

When Workstation runs, but no VM is active, then I see:

"d:\Daten\Virtual Machines\Configurations\Windows 7 x64\Windows 7 x64.vmx.lck\    0    10.07.2013 22:55:33    ----"

What to do?

Thanks for help
