Center Mobile Access inistallation problem

Hi

i downloaded vCenterMobileAccess.ovf and added it on deploy OVF template in vmware vsphere client 5.1.0

i choosed Thin provision

in deploying vCenter Mobile Access step i see one problem every time
it stop erevry time in 90% and after that operation time out.

what shuold i do?

also i tried it with URL an i faced to same problem exactly
