Hi, thanks for providing your results file. There are several steps you will need to complete.

1)

To answer your question about Passwordless SSH, you will need to complete the following steps:

If not already done, generate SSH keys on the prime client as follows:

a On the prime client, open a Cygwin window. If /home/Administrator/.ssh exists, skip to step b.

Otherwise run the following command:

mkdir /home/Administrator/.ssh

b If ~/root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub does not exist, run the following command:

ssh-keygen -t rsa

(accept the default file name and leave the passphrase empty).

The name of the ESX system will be the hostnames of the hosts in your VMmark cluster. Passwordless SSH must be enabled separately for each host.

2)

In VMMARK2.CONFIG, please change

MailServer/MailDomains="WIN-0FBCUBV1XIX/Administrator" to

MailServer/MailDomains="WIN-0FBCUBV1XIX"

and please change

MailServer/SERVERS="WIN-0FBCUBV1XIX" to

MailServer/SERVERS="Mailserver0"

and change host file and VM names accordingly to Mailserver0.

Your fully qualified mailserver name will be Mailserver0.WIN-0FBCUBV1XIX.your.company.com.

3)

All of your VMs' hosts files have been copied into your results folder in the directory "configfiles". Please carefully look through these hosts files for misspellings, then update the hosts file on the VM. For example, Client1_hosts.txt, OlioDB0_hosts, OlioWeb0_hosts and PrimeClient_hosts all have misspellings.

4)

It appears you have not yet initialized the DS2 database. Please follow the instructions in the VMmark Benchmarking Guide under”Unknown database” Message in ConfigDS2DB Text File in the "DVD Store 2 Troubleshooting" section.

Thank you and I hope you have a nice day also!

Rebecca
