I think the best place to start will be to attach the vmware.log file, as a file not pasted into the body of the reply, however do this... with the Virtual Machine in a powered off state, not suspended then boot to the Guest OS Desktop, then suspend and then try to resume. Now after doing that archive (compress) the vmware.log files (all 4 of them) for that Virtual Machine into a single .zip archive and attach that to a reply post.
Note: Use the "Use advanced editor" link in the upper right corner of the normal reply window to bring up the Advanced Editor where you'll be able to attach files via the Choose File button or Browse button (depending on the Browser) above the Post Message button!
